Paladin has been selected to perform an energy audit for Elizabethtown City Hall and Pritchard Community Center.  Our firm will analyze items such as HVAC, controls, lighting, and windows to gauge ways the city can save money, and provide recommendations on how to improve the facility.  Read the full article in The News Enterprise >>

Project Receives National Recognition

A Paladin project, The Green Building, was featured in the September/October 2010 issue of Green Source.  Paladin's president, Candice Rogers, credits the entire team and owner's commitment to this project's achievement of LEED Platinum Certification.  More on this project >>

Grand Re-opening of the LyricimagesTheatre

At the end of October, the Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center re-opened its doors for the first time since 2006.  The theatre underwent a major historical renovation and addition; an effort that has been in the works since the 90's.  Paladin provided LEED Fundamental Commissioning services for the project.  Read about our services >>

Louisville Metro Government Project

Paladin was awarded the Cx and LEED Admin services for all Louisville Metro Government projects.  The first project under this contract is new construction of the Fairdale LibrFairdale Rendering ary.  The new library will replace the existing Fairdale branch library . The free-standing 7000 square foot facility will more than double capacity. Modeled on the successful Newburg Library, the new library will employ state-of-the-art technology, have a large children's section, and make use of energy efficient and green building methods and materials.  More details to come as this project develops!
