Paladin serves clients across a variety of markets. We have a regional focus in order to maintain personal contact with our clients. Since 1986, Paladin has provided technical solutions to improve operations for manufacturing, healthcare, educational, religious, and commercial partners.

We strive to be the commissioning and engineering firm of choice. Our operating premise is to ensure that all owners experience fully functional mechanical, electrical, and controls systems upon occupancy, in a timely manner and according to the owner’s project goals. Ultimately, we establish mutually profitable long-term relationships.

Solutions to facility needs aren’t located behind our desks; they are on the project site. Therefore, in addition to licensed engineers and certified commissioning professionals, Paladin has a field-oriented team trained in advanced instrumentation and OSHA safety procedures. Paladin’s team engages in continuing education to stay current and even ahead of the latest technologies and practices in order to provide a higher level of service.

HISTORY

Paladin, Inc. is a woman-owned commissioning and engineering provider. Our mission is to provide high-quality services that help our clients meet their project and, ultimately, their business needs.

This mission began in 1986. Paladin’s first services were commissioning verifications for mechanical and electrical systems. Responding to our clients’ desire for Paladin to correct the problems we identified, Paladin added engineering capabilities in 1994. During the late 1990s, in parallel with the industry leaders, Paladin formalized its approach to commissioning.

Today, Paladin provides a full range of engineering and building commissioning services for new construction, existing buildings, process environments, energy efficiency, and LEED projects. What have endured through the years are our long-term business relationships with quality-driven business owners.
